Esto ha tra\u00eddo como consecuencia da\u00f1os irreparables a la salud de un alto porcentaje de la poblaci\u00f3n a nivel mundial.<\/p>\n<p>Disfrutar de un buen descanso es primordial para nuestra salud f\u00edsica y mental.
